On May 9th (Ginbot 1), the skyline of Addis Ababa witnessed a major milestone as we inaugurated two of our most significant residential villages. A total of 1,341 families and business owners received their keys at Noah Asqual (Enqulal Fabrika) and Noah Victory (Setoch Adebabay).
The ceremony was honored by the presence of the Addis Ababa City General Manager, Engineer Wondimu Seta (with the Rank of Deputy Mayor), our CEO Ato Tewodros Zerihun, board members, and distinguished guests. This high-profile gathering, alongside our new homeowners, transformed the event into more than just a ribbon-cutting—it was the official realization of a community.
We are incredibly proud to see these vibrant residences come to life and wish our new homeowners a lifetime of happiness in their new spaces.
