For this month we have a couple of updates on Noah Adey Abeba Apartments focused on the handing over of keys in a couple of months and how far it has come as a project since the beginning.

Noah Adey Abeba Apartments has been one of our biggest projects and in a couple of months we will be handing over keys to our clients who have purchased their new home. Noah Adey Abeba is located in Ayat around zone 2 and zone 3 the apartment has a total of 14 blocks with 7 stories high and each unit is a three-bedroom type with 139 and 151sqm space. To keep our clients compound secured we have built the apartment in a gated compound with 5 security areas, CCTV cameras surrounding the compound and a commercial building with day to day facility like supermarket, gymnasium, restaurant, etc.

We have also established a property/asset management firm known by ROC Spaces and will be managing the site after the inauguration. ROC Spaces will provide services such as maintenance, security, cleaning, brokerage services, 24/7 customer line etc.
