Noah Real Estate at the 5th Edition of Annual Real Estate and Home Expo!

On December 17 and 18, 2022, 251 Communications & Marketing PLC organized the 5th edition of the annual Real Estate and Home Expo at Ethiopia Skylight Hotel. Noah Real Estate PLC had the pleasure of participating along with its many satisfied customers, media partners, expo visitors, and many others who are now part of the Real Estate Investment.
The expo was officially inaugurated by Lensa Mekonen (CEO of FDRE Land Bank and Development Corporation), Blen Mekonnen (Assistant to CEO 251 Communications), and Mered B. Fikireyohannes (founder and CEO at Pragma Investment Advisory). In addition to its appearance at the event, Noah Real Estate has officially started celebrating its decade of excellence. The company which was established in 2013 was able to share its story and milestones in the past 9 years. Over the years, Noah has constructed 8000+ residential and commercial units in 28 projects.


According to the statistics given at the event, only 50,000 houses are being built per year. Given the increased need (about 7 Million houses should be built to match the demand), in the upcoming five years only, Noah Real Estate is actively striving to accomplish what has been achieved in the past 10 years. In the coming two to three months, the company will be starting 6 new projects in the city's most iconic places. Not to mention, Noah Green Park and Noah Airport Drive will be handed over to the customers this very year.
